Returns and Exchanges

To register a return within 30 days of delivery, email your order number and the items concerned. Support provides the return address with the confirmation. For a change-of-mind refund you pay the return postage; Tesslara covers faulty or incorrect items.

Exchange for another size or colour within 30 days of delivery. Email your order number and preferred option to info@tesslara.com. We reserve and send the replacement as soon as you register the exchange. Tesslara pays both the return postage and replacement delivery. If your requested option is unavailable, we arrange a refund instead.
