Our mission is to make dressing feel personal and considered. We want the experience of finding something to wear to be clear, enjoyable and easy to return to. That means giving the clothes room to be seen and keeping the steps around your purchase straightforward.

Help Around Your Order
Shipping is complimentary within Australia. You have 30 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return, with the return postage paid by you. We process refunds within five business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. The Refund Policy explains the condition requirements and the steps to follow.
Exchange for another size or colour within 30 days of delivery by emailing your order number and preferred option. We reserve and send the replacement as soon as you register the exchange. Tesslara pays both the return postage and the replacement delivery. If your requested option is unavailable, we arrange a refund instead.
