Service You Can Refer Back To
Shipping within the United Kingdom is complimentary. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return for a refund, you pay the return postage; Tesslara covers the return cost for a faulty or incorrect item. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain the steps and timings.
Exchange for another size or colour within 30 days of delivery. Email your order number and preferred option to info@tesslara.com. We reserve and send the replacement as soon as you register the exchange. Tesslara pays both the return postage and replacement delivery. If your requested option is unavailable, we arrange a refund instead.
