Payment Methods

For UK orders, Tesslara displays prices and takes payment in pounds sterling (GBP). The payment options shown by our storefront include American Express, Mastercard and Visa cards, together with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Cards and digital wallets are separate payment choices. Wallet buttons depend on your device, browser and the options available in your checkout. Choose from the methods displayed when you reach the payment step.

Completing Payment

Review your items, delivery address and final total before authorising payment. The checkout submits your payment for authorisation when you place the order. Your provider may show a pending authorisation before the payment appears as a completed charge.

The confirmation page and order email identify your order. Keep the order number so we can locate it if you contact us about a payment.

Refunds

Approved refunds use the original payment method. We process a return refund within 5 business days of receiving the return; your provider then posts the credit to your account. The return conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
